Federico Francioni is born and raised in Tuscany, and completed his telecommunications engineering studies in Finland and started my professional journey in Milan. He is a digital strategist with more than 12 years of cross-industry management consulting experience. He is exceptionally grateful for the last seven, spent in the inspiring Silicon Valley where I currently live.

His expertise is the combination of a technical education enhanced by passionate knowledge of strategy & operations, user experience, design thinking and emerging technologies. He believes collaboration with diverse mindsets and perspectives is the best way to craft innovative & tangible experiences for all kinds of users.

He loves to get his hands dirty and experiment with new tools and canvases, through continuous iterations. He is passionate about inclusive design and workplace experience, leveraging blogging and podcasting as an outlet to share his thoughts with digital practitioners, creative thinkers and design enthusiasts.

When Federico steps away from his computer, you can find him on a sand court playing beach volleyball, my "well-being addiction" for the last 23 years.

Joy Liu is a Staff Product Designer at ServiceNow where she brings consumer-grade experience to enterprise products. She also teaches undergraduate interaction design courses at CCA.

Prior to joining ServiceNow in 2019, Joy has crafted products ranging from startups to multinational conglomerates like Google and Samsung. During this time, she led the UX directions for Samsung's Product Innovation Team and launched Google's vacation rental search and hotel information editor expanding Google's hotel search inventory and platform capability. Joy is a trained Design Sprint master and a Certified Scrum Product Owner; she is always looking for ways to introduce and promote cross-functional collaboration into teams.

Joie Chung is a Director of Product Design at Realtor.com. Throughout her 16-year career, she has worked at both small startups and large companies across a wide range of industries, specializing in interaction & visual (UX) design for native apps. She loves problem solving and is passionate about using design to make people's lives easier. More recently, she has been focused on building strong collaborative design teams, speaking about design and leadership, and mentoring new folks in the industry.

Nitesh Tantravahi is a Senior Product Designer & DesignOps Lead at Synopsys building security products. Previously worked at IBM for 5.5 years building cloud products as designer & developer. Also consult for startups in US & in India from early stage & build growth strategies. Loves photography, gaming & sports! Graduated from Drexel University with Masters in Software Engineering & Research in Human Computer Interaction, focussing on building interfaces for drives in autonomous vehicles using brain sensing technologies.
