· Justin Hoellerich – Operations Lead, Bright Harbor With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and residential construction sectors, Justin joined Bright Harbor to help survivors navigate recovery. His team has already unlocked millions in FEMA, SBA, insurance, and tax-credit funds, and will share a map to recovery.
· Greg Nielsen – Principal Structural Engineer & Head of Product Engineering, Cover Before joining Cover, Greg was the lead structural engineer behind Apple Park Headquarters and other landmark projects, totaling over $10 billion in construction. Greg will share practical ways to build resilient structures using steel, concrete, and modern assemblies, whether with Cover or conventional construction.
· Alexis Rivas – Co-founder & CEO, Cover Alexis will open with a short walkthrough of how Cover designs, permits, and installs custom architect-grade steel homes in weeks instead of years. Cover has already received permits and broken ground on fire rebuilds in the LA Area.
