Carl Dietrich is a Lemelson-MIT award winning engineer with a PhD in fusion space propulsion.  He is a pilot and two-time aviation entrepreneur having sold his first “flying car” company to the parent company of Volvo.  His current venture, Jump Aero, will help rural first responders save lives. 

Jon Bonanno oversees all aspects of Factor’s business and leads the Capital Access and Emotional Awareness & Development practices within the organization. Leta Soza is a marketing leader dedicated to scaling ClimateTech solutions for a thriving, resilient planet. With over 15 years of experience navigating ambiguity in Silicon Valley startups, she helps early-stage ClimateTech companies establish, expand, and evolve their marketing functions.
