This is a two-hour class featuring a video presentation on nutritional information explained by health professionals, followed by a demonstration of three recipes:

Braised Kale
Quick Black Bean Chili
At the conclusion of the session, there will also be a discussion and Q&A session, please bring your questions. I will be able to share tools you need to start a plant-based diet, including:
Grocery lists
Menu planners
Ingredient substitution guides

Food For Life is a program created by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) that offers nutrition and cooking education to reduce chronic diet-related illnesses. It is designed by doctors, nurses, and nutritionists.
My Food For Life cooking classes are based on this program, aiming to teach how a plant-based diet can improve health and prevent chronic diseases.
