About Event

Meet the Davos alums, organizers and newcomers to explore what makes the annual Davos week programming the most powerful platform for business and networking.

Davos side events gather around 20,000 leaders during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland. While the official WEF conference is by strict members-only invitation, the inclusive side event ecosystem hosts over fifteen thousand attendees who participate in over 200 side events covering dozens of business verticals, from sustainability to AI, investing and wellbeing.

The next annual Davos week is held on January 19-23, 2026.

Gain firsthand insights from a panel discussion featuring seasoned Davos attendees as they share their experiences, lessons learned, and insider tips. Before transitioning to the networking session, the panel concludes with an open Q&A—your chance to ask anything Davos-related!

The event is free of charge. The event is enabled by Finnish Flow, Soho Works, Light DAO, SustainableIT and Energy Shift Forum.

Agenda

4:00 Doors open - networking

4:45 Welcome and introduction to the panel by Risto Kuulasmaa at Finnish Flow

Panel Discussion: The New Playing Field

Our panel explores the volatile policy shifts and rising stakeholder expectations shaping U.S. and global climate policy—and how business, investment, and communication must evolve to meet the moment.

Focus Themes:

  1. Navigating the New Landscape
How are climate and sustainability entrepreneurs and investors adapting to the post-IRA era? Where is the money going—and what are the new protocols and pathways for sustainable growth? What’s investable now?

  2. The New Narrative
The climate conversation has shifted. How must marketing and communications evolve to continue winning hearts, minds, and market share?

  3. The Power of Long-Term Vision
Short-term pressure is real—but so is long-term value creation. While some companies are pulling back on sustainability and DEI, others are doubling down. What defines the front-runners who continue to invest through uncertainty?
