Hello! Come join me & others in creating a container for daily meditation practice.

I've been off my practice in the last few weeks (somewhat correlated around Vibecamp). A rigid practice schedule isn't usually the most effective for me in the long run, but I find that it's amazing when time-bound (2 weeks) and done with other people!

You can join on the hour, and we'll officially start the container at :05 and end at :55. This allows for time to get ready if you're coming from something or need to get ready for something after.

Bring your own practice! Once we start, go on mute (but video on preferably) and do your own practice. That can be meditation or exercise if you'd like as well - as long as you have an intention that's in sync.

We can take some time in the first session with brief intros, and figure out how we want to do post-sit discussions. We'll have a twitter groupchat just for the 2weeks as well. Feel free to share this with friends!
