So often, we expect ourselves to be the same every day, moving at a linear pace that doesn't honor the shifts happening within us. But our bodies, just like the seasons, move through cycles of growth, rest, renewal, and expansion. Together, we’ll explore how to align with these rhythms so that you can move through life with greater flow, balance, and nourishment.
