• ​Ben Kromnick is a product and strategy leader with experience building at massive organizations and scaling Startups across the Fintech, Healthtech, Collaboration, Insuretech, Wearables and AI industries. His passion is working at the confluence of major social change and the application of big data/ AI to impact our world. Currently, Ben works with Mercury where he is building the next great banking service in healthcare and life sciences to increase the pace of innovation, improve the efficacy of care, and efficiency of the market.

​Jessica Karr | Founder & Managing Director, Coyote Ventures

• ​Jessica Karr is the Founder & Managing Director of Coyote Ventures, an early-stage venture capital fund backing founders solving problems that disproportionately affect overlooked populations. The fund has invested in a variety of startups in the Healthtech space to address problems such as gaps in prenatal and postnatal care, endometriosis diagnostics, and bereavement care. Jessica’s experience launching novel impact-focused products began when she joined Impossible Foods as the 12th employee, where she helped develop and launch the Impossible burger. She has since worked with startups internationally as an innovation consultant and as a Principal with a family office. She is an LP in women-led funds and her angel investments have all become unicorns. Jessica holds an MS in Biochemistry from UC San Diego, an MBA from Presidio Graduate School, and a BA in Philosophy from Texas State University. 

​Carm Huntress | Founder & CEO, Credo Health

• ​Carm Huntress, Founder & CEO of Credo Health, is an experienced venture entrepreneur and strategic leader with over 20 years of startup experience. He started his first company at the age of 15 in web hosting and went on to build a number of successful B2B and B2C businesses. In 2013, Carm founded RxREVU (now Arrive Health) where they provided real-time prescription drug pricing to 300k providers across the US and raised over $35m in venture.  At Credo, Carm is currently leading the team as they work to radically simplify and update the current medical record process to help organizations succeed at value-based care. Credo’s innovative digital solution offers healthcare providers and payers an alternative to traditional fax-based processes, enabling them to take better overall care of their patients, improve staff productivity, and drive accuracy and compliance.

​Dr. Shubhra Jain | Head of Healthcare Investments, Tarsadia

• ​Dr. Jain leads Tarsadia Investments venture and growth equity investments in health-tech. With her experience as a Physician and her passion for leveraging technology in healthcare, she loves working with founders building businesses to enable and build a more equitable, affordable and effective healthcare ecosystem. Prior to Tarsadia, Dr. Jain built and led a healthcare investment practice at Cota Capital where she invested in businesses like Berkeley Lights, Zymergen and Mission Bio. She also has operating experience leading product development and launch at a health-tech startup.

​Anna Chukaeva | Principal, Alta Holdings

• ​Anna is a repeat entrepreneur and community innovator.  Anna was trained in mathematics, computer science and economics.  While on the trading floor at Credit Suisse, she started her first company in art education.  While getting her MBA at Stanford, Anna started Carta Healthcare, where she identified a need to leverage AI in hospital data collection and proceeded to build the enterprise-scale product and enlist health systems to adopt her solutions. Her work at Alta Holdings includes spearheading LP investments in mid-size venture funds.  Anna’s community building includes her passion with the Female Founders Edge.  She is also upscaling her efforts from business school to inspire transformative IP with her Big Ideas Club.
