Sustainability Innovation Challenge 2024
SIC '24 is an immersive 2 and 1/2 day challenge designed to empower students with the tools and mindset to drive positive change. The challenge offers students a unique opportunity to refine their innovative ideas, transforming them from conceptual sparks into viable projects. With the guidance of experienced mentors, access to valuable resources, and workshops on ideation, validation, and effective pitching, participants are equipped with the skills necessary to bring their visions to life.
You and your team can brainstorm and come up with a solution in the following problem areas:
1. Circular Design Innovation
Focus on designing products or services that follow circular design principles, minimizing waste and promoting a closed-loop system.
2. Resource use and efficiency
Explore solutions that optimize resource use, reduce consumption, and promote efficient production processes.
3. Waste Management Solutions
Addressing challenges related to waste management, participants propose ideas for effective waste reduction, recycling, and upcycling initiatives.
