About Event

DePaul University’s School of Hospitality Leadership is proud to present a virtual wine seminar, hosting winemaker and Chasing Harvest owner Mike Kush.

This seminar will provide an insider’s global perspective on how wine is made across styles with an opportunity to experience the winemaking through the wines we will taste live.  A range of styles will be explored including aromatic white wine, rosé wine, complex light bodied and age-worthy full bodied red wines.  This will be an educational and enjoyable journey through the world of wine .  Mike will share his unique knowledge and provide a deeply informed tasting of some of Chasing Harvest’s very best wines including their newly released 2020 Chasing Harvest Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, 2019 Chasing Harvest Pinot Noir Rosé, 2017 Chasing Harvest Pinot Noir red wine, and their 2017 Chasing Harvest Old Vine Field Blend red wine from the historic Douro Valley in Portugal.

Must be 21 years of age to participate.
