Vision 2050: Community-Driven Futures

​In this workshop we're going to focus on the futures we want to create as a community, taking into account our fears and hopes.

​Background: We are launching Vision 2050* to share new narratives of the future(s) from the Confluence community. We are all too familiar with narratives brought by tech bros, authoritarian regimes and far right all over the world. We want to invite you to create more hopeful & collective futures together.

​*Vision 2050 is a project brought to life by IRIS, Puentes, Toriba, and Hope-Based Communications, sponspored by IRIS and led by Kasia (co-facilitator of the event, alongside Thomas, the brain behind Hope-Based Communications).

​En este taller nos centraremos en los futuros que queremos crear como comunidad, considerando nuestros miedos y esperanzas.

​Antecedentes: Lanzamos Visión 2050* para compartir nuevas narrativas sobre el futuro desde la comunidad Confluence. Conocemos a la perfección las narrativas de los tecnólogos, los regímenes autoritarios y la extrema derecha en todo el mundo. Queremos invitarte a crear juntos futuros más esperanzadores y colectivos.
