​Shardeum is the world’s first EVM-based L1 blockchain which scales linearly i.e. the network can scale up by simply adding more nodes. Further it can auto-scale up or down depending on the traffic in the network. It aims to be the first Web3 platform to overcome the blockchain trilemma.

Deepak is an IIT, Delhi and IIM, Calcutta alumni. As he says he is the ideal blend of technology & business. He is also an experienced trader-cum-investor. He will talk about investors like PEs and VCs view on Web3 today so you can get insights into how funds are getting used in the industry.

During this session, we will show you how to claim 100 SHM (Shardeum token is called Shard or 'SHM') testnet tokens with simple instructions. Also stay tuned for information on how you can qualify for meetup giveaways by Shardeum :)

​4:20 PM : Speaker 2 - Bimlesh Gundurao, Co-Founder @ FoundershipHQ - Bimlesh is a tech executive and leader with over 22 years of professional experience globally. He is known for building high-performance teams, leading product engineering and management portfolios. In other words he is known for scaling up business solutions. He will be talking about scaling up indeed, albeit, in the Web3 way where the power is restored to the people.
