This is your invite to Power Down to Power Up, a creative skillshop to break free from tech addiction to reclaim our precious attention and gifts to devote to causes we love.
Through generative practices like crafting, breathwork and journaling, you'll tap into inner guidance and build a personalized toolkit to resist tech addiction, overcome burnout and reclaim resilience.
Who should attend?
✔ Professionals, public/civil servants, volunteers, organizers, artists, scholars, activists, nonprofit workers and folks involved in progressive movement work
✔ Anyone feeling exhausted by tech overwhelm and overwork who wants an actionable, sustainable reset

Your Facilitator:
👩🏫 Emily is a trained yogi, Clinical Psych PhD drop out, current Clinical Social Work student and full time Labor Organizer. Emily will blend the best of therapy, personal development, mutual aid, and cultural critique to guide the skillshop. Ask her about her record low iPhone screen time.
The Cost:
This skillshop is offered on a "Pay Your Way" model. Instead of paying upfront, you’ll experience the workshop first and then contribute what feels right based on your experience and ability.
