About Event

Listen4Good is a capacity-building initiative dedicated to build the practice of listening to constituents served by the social sector. By joining Listen4Good, nonprofits and agencies access tools, resources, and coaching support to help them build high-quality feedback loops with those they serve. Through Listen4Good, participating organizations can gather and analyze direct client feedback for reporting, advocacy/fundraising, and advancing equity goals.

In this interactive workshop, United Way of Lackawanna & Wayne Counties will share their best practices and lessons learned. Listen4Good and the Moses Taylor Foundation will share about a local capacity-building opportunity and learning community, centered on client survey design, data collection techniques, reporting, visualization, and change management.
