Whether we choose a religious or secular path, there is a spiritual practice available to all of us. Join Kōgetsu Jenny Mok (SFZC) and The Commons for the second in a four-part series on building a personal spiritual practice.

The various spiritual paths all require introspection as we begin to ask the fundamental question of who we are. Join as we explore how spiritual practice can be a gateway to personal transformation.

Agenda:

  • 6-6:15pm: arrive & check in

  • 6:15pm: talk begins

  • 7:15PM: Q&A
