About Event

Caregivers often feel the strain of juggling multiple responsibilities, often left feeling unsupported and alone while processing their overwhelming emotions. How can you break free from the constant juggle and receive the support you deserve?

Join our Heal & Lead Circle for "The Centered Caregiver" as we explore strategies to navigate the complexities of multiple roles while reclaiming your personal well-being. Together, we'll focus on:

  • Prioritize to Thrive: Develop time management skills and discover effective strategies to balance your work, family, and personal life.

  • Build Your Support System: Strengthen your network and learn to delegate for a lighter load.

  • Reclaim Your Well-being: Set healthy boundaries and prioritize self-care.

This is a free online community event! If you feel moved, we invite you to make an optional donation to SeekHer Foundation. Your kindness will help support our non-profit initiatives to bridge the gender gap of mental health and power more women for the greater good.

About This Event

Empowering women from different walks of life, Heal & Lead Circles are themed monthly guided experiences led by SeekHer Foundation. Through these circles, women heal, thrive, and develop leadership skills by building confidence and finding their voice. Together, we explore tools and practices that support women as they navigate specific roles, lived experiences and aspirations.

As the Centered Caregiver, you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who prioritizes the well-being of yourself and others, while navigating the challenges of caregiving - whether it be your children, family member, or other loved ones. You strive for balance and harmony in life through self-care, ensuring your own well-being and maintaining your ability to support others effectively.
