​What to Expect

​​​Step into a 75-minute immersive Free Flow session designed to mindfully connect with our communities. You'll be experiencing the transformative power of the hot + cold in Othership's 100 person sauna + ice baths. Move at your own pace through the sauna to sweat, ice baths to drop in, and commons to connect with others.

​​Bring a bathing suit and water vessel (no glass please). Othership provides towels, showers, and lockers.
