Speakers
Daniel Davis, Co-founder of TrustGraph, began his career with Northrop Grumman evolving to being a civilian member of the USAF running joint programs with partner nations and NATO. He came to Silicon Valley with Lyft's autonomous vehicle division and continued through the IPO running Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery in partnership with E&Y. Drowning in paperwork has been a hallmark of his career, with AI being an opportunity to flip the script on regulations, turning them into an enabler as opposed to a blocker of technology innovation.
Dominik Tomicevic, CEO of Memgraph, received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Zagreb. In 2011, he was selected as one of the 4 people in the world, to receive the Microsoft Imagine Cup Grant, awarded by Bill Gates, for developing game-changing technologies in data processing. In 2016, he founded Memgraph, a venture-backed graph database company focusing on high-performance real-time connected data processing. Memgraph is a TechStars company, backed by some of the top technology investors and entrepreneurs in the UK and the US. In 2017, Dominik was named by Forbes as one of the top 10 CEOs in the UK to watch for in 2017.
Marko Budiselic, CTO of Memgraph, holds a master's degree in computer science from the University of Zagreb. Over the years, he worked at Vrbovec Wireless, Calyx, and Styria Media Group to build and manage software products/teams. From the tech perspective, he mostly builds C++, Python, and Rust software. His hobby is networking. In general, he likes computer science and software engineering. Last but not least, he enjoys building teams and figuring out where the value is.
