Ida Tin

Co-Founder, former CEO & Chairwoman @Clue

Ida Tin is the co-founder and former CEO & Chairwoman of Clue, the world’s most trusted female health app. With over ten million active users across 190+ countries, Clue is a leading app in the “Health & Fitness” category in the U.S., Germany, the UK, Brazil, France, Mexico, and beyond. Committed to empowering people through insights into female health, Clue continues to drive impact globally. A lifelong entrepreneur and modern feminist, Ida coined the term “Femtech” in 2016, shaping the future of technology in women's health.

Ida Tin has been featured in prominent media outlets such as The New York Times, New York Magazine, Forbes, Der Spiegel, and Le Figaro. She has also spoken at renowned conferences, including TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco, LeWeb in Paris, Forbes Most Powerful Women in Montreal, Slush in Finland, and many others.

Before founding Clue, Ida Tin spent five years leading motorcycle tours worldwide through MotoMundo, the motorcycle touring company she co-founded with her father, Hjalte Tin. She guided tours across Mongolia, Cuba, Vietnam, and other adventurous destinations. Additionally, she spent two years traveling solo across the western United States on her motorcycle, an experience she captured in her book “Directress,” published in Denmark in 2009, where she shared her inner and outer journey.

She is currently working on a new book about Femtech, leadership, technology, and systemic change. An active voice in the Femtech space, she continues to drive conversations on the future of women's health and innovation.

Dr. Amina Sugimoto

Founder & CEO @fermata

Born in Asia, raised in Africa, and educated in Europe, Amina brings a diverse and multicultural perspective to healthcare innovation. Her mission is to drive a paradigm shift in healthcare by expanding access to healthtech worldwide. She earned a Doctor of Public Health degree in Health Economics from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine before returning to Japan to support the World Dementia Council in collaboration with the Health and Global Policy Institute.

In 2017, she joined Mistletoe Fund, a social impact-focused VC in Tokyo and Singapore, as a Healthcare Innovation Producer. With expertise in health policy, pharmaceutical affairs laws, and healthtech startup support, she has been a key player in advancing the sector.

In 2019, she founded fermata, Inc., which has since become a leading Femtech ecosystem in Japan and across Asia.

Annie Ueyama

Co-Founder & Co-CEO @FitnessWerkstatt

​Annie is the co-founder and CEO of Fitness Werkstatt, a fitness company dedicated to empowering women, especially mothers, through sports to address societal challenges and improve health and well-being at the community level. With over 20 years of experience across Africa, Asia, Australia, North America, and Europe in various fields, sport has been a core part of her life mission. Having experienced both the elite sports environment at the Olympics and grassroots initiatives at UNICEF UK, she recognizes the transformative power of sport. Through Fitness Werkstatt, she has also realized long-held dream of promoting the inclusion and integration of children from refugee and migrant backgrounds, using sports as a tool for connection and growth in local schools.

Maria Berruezo

Co-Founder & Co-CEO @LactApp Women Health

​Maria Berruezo is a Spanish entrepreneur in the Femtech sector and one of two Spanish representatives on the expert committee of UNITAR (United Nations Institute for Training and Research), advising on the Global Initiative for Breastfeeding Education. Recognized for her contributions to innovation and social entrepreneurship, she has been named one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business by Forbes Spain, one of Europe’s Top 100 Social Entrepreneurs by the Euclid Network, a leading entrepreneur in innovative business by Spain’s High Commissioner for Entrepreneurial Nation, and one of Catalonia’s Top 10 Women Entrepreneurs by EAE Business School. In 2016, she co-founded LactApp, the first AI-powered breastfeeding app, transforming maternal support worldwide.

Anna Kreshchenko

Founder & CEO @Flora

​Anna graduated from the Faculty of International Relations, Odessa National University of Ukraine. In 2017, she came to Japan as a MEXT scholar and enrolled in Kyoto University, Faculty of Law. Anna founded Flora in December 2020 to pursue innovation in female well-being.
Anna was awarded the Special Award as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023, selected as Forbes Japan “Next 100” and Forbes Asia & Japan 30 under 30 in 2024.

Whiplus Wang

Head of IVS Global @Headline Japan

Whiplus is the Head of IVS Global at Headline Japan, leading Japan’s largest global innovation event. Originally from China, he studied at eight universities worldwide and is trilingual in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Previously, he led the development of Japan’s first employee engagement SaaS, Motivation Cloud, before becoming independent. In 2022, he launched Japan’s largest crypto conference, IVS Crypto, with more than 12,000 visitors, and later rebranded it as IVS Global to connect top startups and investors worldwide. A passionate traveler, he has visited 54 countries and tried all 47 prefectural Starbucks Frappuccinos in Japan.

2. At the Office Lobby (5F), you will see a row of ticket machines. Use the QR code you have received in advance to issue your entry pass. Once the entry pass is issued, turn left and continue straight ahead. Head to the flapper gate on the right to proceed to Arsaga Partners, Inc. on the 18th floor via the elevator.
