Panelists
Qasar Younis, CEO of Applied Intuition
Qasar Younis is the Co-Founder and CEO of Applied Intuition. Before founding Applied Intuition, he was a Partner and COO of Y Combinator, a prominent venture accelerator in Silicon Valley. Before Y Combinator, Qasar founded a technology firm, which was later acquired by Google, and worked as an automotive engineer at General Motors and Bosch. Younis has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Rıza Selçuk Saydam, Head of Design of Applied Intuition
Selçuk is the Head of Design at Applied Intuition, leading design teams across human-machine interaction, simulation and data tools, and brand and communication design to make it faster, safer, and easier to bring autonomous vehicles to market. Previously, he led business messaging monetization design efforts at Meta across Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp as a Product Design Manager. He is a self-taught designer with a Mathematics and Computer Science degree.
Jingyi Wang, HMI Designer at Applied Intuition
Jingyi joined Applied Intuition as an HMI designer, where she is spearheading the design of next-generation vehicle software experiences. Before Applied Intuition, she spent 3.5 years at Tesla Design Studio, where she played a key role in designing and shipping software for all Tesla platforms (MS3XY, Cybertruck). Jingyi holds an MFA from ArtCenter College of Design and a bachelor's degree from NYU.
Molly Knight, Staff Product Designer at Applied Intuition
Molly Knight leads design for all generative AI and data products across Applied Intuition’s ADAS/AD toolchain. She previously spent 6.5 years at LinkedIn leading design for the main Feed team and designing tools on the Careers team aimed at helping people find jobs. Molly holds a master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan, as well as degrees in Architecture and Interior Design.

Peter Zhao, VP & Principal Product Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
With over 8+ years of industry experience, Peter has transitioned from a craft-driven creator into a system thinker and problem solver. He has been a Mentor on ADPList since May 2021 (over 3 years) and joined the ADPList Ambassador team (representing SF Bay Area) in 2024.
