The 4 week program is in response to COVID-19 and is a holistic view of being conscious at putting yourself first in all areas of your life such as: Family, Friendships, Relationships, Physical Health, Mental Health, Wealth, Career and Personal Growth.

This next 4 weeks will be facilitated by Helen from HOL Health. Helen encourages self care as a daily habit so that you can start living better. She is the founder of HOL Health, an author from the best selling book Change Makers 5, the host of podcast show Your Coach, Helen Uskovic and voted one of Australia’s Top Mindset Coaches.
