Looking forward to celebrating Independence Day together! The schedule for all the July 4th events is as follows:
🚒 Morning 10AM: Chatt Hills 4th of July Parade
Chatt Hills and Serenbe's HOA is organizing our very own festive parade. Join in to spectate or join in the parade itself!
Parade located along Selborne Lane from the wildflower meadow to Crossroads. Grab a spot along the sidewalk and enjoy!
The annual Chatt Hills 4th of July Parade in Serenbe is open for float submissions. If you are interested in putting together a float, entering a festive vehicle or decorating your golf cart please sign up below!
🍔 Afternoon 4PM: SoComm Community BBQ
Location: Selborne Green (Old Farmer's Market green next to The Hill)

🎸 Music - Glorious playlist curated by Alanna LeBlanc
🍔 Food - Burgers and Hot Dogs with veg option, grilled up by Chef Sidney, with a range of BBQ sides from The Farmacie Kitchen
🍹 Drinks - open bar with beer, wine, seltzer, and non-alcoholic options
🍰 Desserts - BYO! Bring your best treat to celebrate with your neighbors
🏈 Activities - Kids games and fun
🎟️ Tickets to cover drinks, food and activities at the BBQ are $20 for adults, $12 for kids.
🆓 Everyone in Serenbe is invited - so feel free to attend and BYO food and drinks at no cost.
🎇 Evening 9PM: Fireworks

Location: Grange Lake
Bring a blanket and bug spray!
Serenbe fireworks show is being put on by a group of neighbors. There is no Serenbe/HOA/SoComm funding. If your family plans to enjoy the fireworks, please help our neighbors cover the costs. A donation of $50-100 per family is greatly appreciated. Show costs are >$6000.
