Cultivating self love in a world not built for us
Living in a world that wasn’t designed for neurodivergent minds can make it hard to feel confident and compassionate toward ourselves. If you’ve struggled with self-love or self-esteem, you’re not alone. Join us for a one-hour session where we’ll talk about what self-love can look like for neurodivergent folks—beyond the usual advice.
We’ll explore why it’s so difficult to practice self-compassion in a world that doesn’t always understand us, and share practical strategies to help you start embracing yourself just as you are. This session is about building a self-love practice that fits your life, not someone else’s idea of it.
