SF Run Club - With a fraternity of Singapore Foodies
If it's easy, I'm not interested.
Intro
SF Run Club is unlike your normal run clubs. Expect lung-bursting sprints on flat ground or slopes, in tactical pants. Or even with a weighted vest at times. And we always end off with good food.
It's anything but easy. Because we cannot decide what we want to eat after the run.
Tactical Athletes (TactAthletes) are urban warriors who live by the ethos of camaraderie, mental resilience and never-say-die attitude. We gather at various locations around Singapore, as we run or ruck with load, and build indomitable spirit and unparalleled fitness, in small groups.
Once a month, on weekends, the fraternity of Tactical Athletes will gather to run at different areas around Singapore, with unknown distances, routes and unknown destinations. This sense of unknown is meant to build mental resilience - as we become comfortable being uncomfortable.
After the run, feel free to bond over food and drinks, with your newly found buddies.
2 PDF Lions (Island Defenders)
For 2 PDF Lions, we'll do some running/IPPT training together followed by bonding over breakfast together. It's going to be awesome :)
