Our distinguished speakers:

1. Maria Haugen is the Chief Marketing Officer of Omdena where she is directly responsible for the messaging, communication, and storytelling of the company. Previously, Maria's experience has led her to opportunities in healthcare, agriculture, and telecommunications in a consulting and marketing capacity. With a fierce drive for innovation and technology, Omdena has been a proud milestone in her career. She holds an MBA from Michigan State University.

2. Bruno Min is the Senior Legal Programme Manager (EMENA) for TrustLaw, the pro-bono network of the Thomson Reuters Foundation (TRF). He manages and oversees TrustLaw’s service in Europe, Middle East and North Africa, and supports the delivery of legal programming for TRF’s work to support civil society organizations and media outlets in the region. Before joining TRF, Bruno worked as a legal director for Fair Trials, an international criminal justice NGO, and as a human rights advisor to the Law Society of England and Wales. He also has a background in immigration and asylum law, having worked at a London-based firm, and at various human rights NGOs. 

3. James Michael Maltby is an educator and creative technologist, with over ten years of experience as a senior digital manager and strategist within the non-profit sector. In his current role as Head of Digital Learning at Save the Children UK, he leads an award-winning team of digital specialists who create online training resources to improve the livelihoods of adults and children worldwide.
