About Event

If you’re a high-achieving adult with ADHD, chances are you’ve tried all the productivity hacks, but still find yourself battling inconsistency, overwhelm, or feeling stuck. Pushing through with willpower alone only works for so long, and who has energy left to burn out?

Whether you have a formal diagnosis or are simply ADHD-curious, this free virtual workshop is for you. Join Shift Collab ADHD therapy expert Olivia Vander Vloet for a practical, real-life look at how ADHD brains really operate—especially when it comes to motivation, energy, and focus. You’ll leave with strategies that work with your brain, not against it.

This workshop is therapist-led, drawing from real experience (and plenty of trial and error!). It’s designed for people who know they’re capable, but want systems that actually fit their neurodiverse lives.

During the one hour workshop, we’ll dive into:

  • The Myth of Motivation: Why waiting for motivation doesn’t work for ADHD, and how small actions can help you get moving.

  • Dopamine Dilemma: How your brain’s dopamine rollercoaster affects getting started (or getting stuck), and a few easy ways to build in feel-good moments—no rigid routines required.

  • Time Hacking Techniques: Tools like micro-deadlines, gamified tasks, body doubling, and setting up your environment to make follow-through easier.

  • Energy Management: Figuring out when your energy naturally flows (and crashes), so you can match your tasks to your real-life rhythms instead of forcing focus at the wrong time.

The whole idea? To help you create systems that feel energizing, sustainable, and tailored to your neurodiverse brain. So you can be productive in a way that actually feels good for the long haul.

It’s all happening on Wednesday, July 30th at 7 PM ET. And yes, it’s totally free! Whether you’re a current Shift client or just Shift-curious, this is a space for you.
