​Lightning bolts, leaving a legacy, and linking like-minded women...

​Jo Tutchener Sharp is definitely a woman on top. After a near-death experience, Jo decided she wanted to do more to leave a legacy and make an impact in the world. So, inspired by her children, she pivoted from PR and set up her own brand, Scamp & Dude. It's gone from strength to strength, firstly as a children's brand, to 80% womenswear, and now as a B-Corp business with a store in our very own St James Quarter.

​We know that Scamp & Dude are a firm favourite amongst our eggs... and for good reason! By 2022, they had donated 4,000+ Superhero Sleep Buddies to kids either in hospital themselves, or who have lost a parent, and 3,000 Super Scarves to women with cancer or to mothers of a child or children with cancer. Not forgetting they donated over £450,000 worth of clothes to NHS staff during the pandemic.

​In this special Women on Top evening event, our egg head Kylie Reid, will chat to Jo about her business and life. We'll be wanting all the juicy details on how she pivoted career later in life, how she keeps focused on her values whilst scaling as CEO, and how she's built an incredible fan community of women for Scamp & Dude.
