Leeor Cohen is the Founder and CEO of Create CX and Scale Your Team. Prior to the launch of his own Customer Experience consultancies, he served as the Head of eCommerce and Technology at Coterie, where he led Commerce, Ops and Customer Experience, helping the brand reach a 200m+ valuation and had a hand in hiring each of the first 25 employees. Before his time at Coterie, Leeor scaled back office operations as employee number 5 at Slice and began his career at Bonobos, as part of the original customer experience team working on the frontlines talking to customers and working on special projects with the operations team, this is where the hunger for details and finding solutions to everyday startup problems became common practice.
In addition, Leeor has worked with over 75 brands ranging from VP level, full-time steering, to short, project-based engagements. Backed by a team of full-stack engineers and marketers to fill in any other needs that come up.
