Welcome to our first Customer Success virtual job fair! We will match those seeking an opportunity to leaders looking for talent on their teams. We will also be running learning sessions on topics like refining your pitch, negotiating tips, building your professional growth plan, etc. for those not seeking opportunities.
So how will this go?
We will run two sessions: educational and speed interviews.
Speed interviews: Job Seekers and Hiring Managers were asked to complete a few questions before the session. We then played match-makers and connected job seekers to roles/ leaders joining us. Those who registered before February were matched and reached out as of Feb 6th. For those who register last minute, please see CS in Focus Jobs postings post-session for resources of open roles.
Educational Sessions: Each session will be 10-15 minutes in length. We conduct two to three sessions. Do's and Don'ts to Networking, Transiting into CS and How to Build a Brand on LinkedIn.
Those who register post Feb 1 will only be able to particulate in the Educational Sessions.
