Startup Bootcamp 401
Startup Bootcamp 401 - Building a Dream Team for Startup Success
In the dynamic landscape of startups, success hinges not only on a groundbreaking idea but also on the team that brings it to life. This workshop is designed for startup founders eager to assemble a high-performing, cohesive team that propels their venture toward success.
Equally important, this workshop also provides sage guidance on how to devise fair equity splits and compensation packages for co-founders that leave the company with some protection in the event that some of them depart before the company achieves its exit.
You’ll learn the neuroscience of productivity and team-building, diving into the inner workings of the brain in flow state, team member dynamics and how those show up in the brain. You’ll learn techniques to boost team performance as well as individual, situation-specific guidance to increase your own teams’ productivity.
In this intimate, hands-on workshop we invite a group of no more than 12 prospective startup founders to discuss their specific team building challenges with highly experienced serial entrepreneurs, business mentors and a startup lawyer with an MBA, as well as their peers in the room. Participation in this workshop is conditional on everyone signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon entering the classroom, so everyone can freely share their compensation details.
Join us for an intensive, transformative workshop aimed at empowering you to curate and nurture a rock star team, turning your startup vision into a reality.
