Are you feeling stressed?  Overwhelmed?  Would you like to learn some techniques to have a more calm and creative life?

Together, we'll explore calming practices that help nurture focus, boost inspiration, reduce stress, and create space for well-being. Whether you're navigating creative blocks or seeking balance, this group offers a supportive environment to learn or deepen your mindfulness journey.

In our mindfulness group, you'll learn techniques to help quiet the mind, manage stress, and stay present in the moment. We’ll explore guided meditation, breathing exercises, and tools for building emotional resilience, all aimed at enhancing focus and inner peace.

As a former artist, I used to experience intense panic attacks while walking down the crowded streets of NYC, driven by the stress of living in an expensive city, along with constant self-doubt, worry, and fear. The overwhelming pressure to succeed in such a fast-paced environment often left me feeling trapped and unable to cope. However, through mindfulness and meditation, I began to develop tools to ground myself in the present moment, helping me manage the spiraling thoughts that fueled my anxiety. Gradually, these practices allowed me to quell my anxiety, regain clarity, and find calm amid the chaos.
