Our mental health affects how we show up at work and in life. For those navigating underrepresented experiences in their industries, it can be especially taxing. This webinar creates space for honest dialogue, shared strategies, and tools to help you prioritise your mental wellbeing.
What We'll Explore:

🌱 Building Mental Health Literacy: Explore the language, tools, and resources to support your wellbeing
🤝 Creating Space for Care: Understand how workplace culture and networks can support (or harm) mental health
🧘♀️ To close the session, we’ll guide you through a short mindfulness exercise to ground yourself and take a moment of care before returning to the rest of your day
