​Diversita also has a passion for guiding and assisting organisations to improve their application and interview process for Neurodivergent candidates. 

​Marc has always promoted the positive things in the recruitment market and genuinely enjoys changing candidates’ careers for the better. 

​He is also the self-appointed geekiest person in Kent - he loves Comic cons, Disney, Star Wars, Marvel films and retro video games. He also has an unhealthy obsession with his Peloton!

​His biggest passion by far though are his family and in particular his 2 sons.
