► Ginny Herron's Bio:
I help impact-driven founders feel less stressed and lonely. Co-founder fights, breakups with a significant other, family conflicts, and friend troubles are all part of our journeys. After 170+ interviews and 11 conferences focused on learning from founders, I found that relationship skills were one of the biggest determinants of startup success.
Overcoming a challenging past, I delved deeply into social psychology and the research behind achieving ambitious goals. WeStand started in Vanderbilt's accelerator programs and evolved into a membership community for founders to learn relationship skills. I’m condensing years of research-backed techniques and building influential communities to uplift everyone involved.
I have transformed my social skills as an avid self-improvement learner for the past five years. Studying Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt has taught me how psychology influences the business world and how to use it for good. Also, I was on a behavioral science research team at the University of Pennsylvania and studied Leadership Psychology at the London School of Economics.
