Trip Policies:
Booking and Payment:
A deposit is required to secure your spot.
Full payment must be completed by the specified deadlines to qualify for the respective pricing.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made before March 31st, 2025, will receive a 70% refund.
Cancellations made between April 1st and April 19th, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 19th, 2025.
Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety.
Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions.
We recommend having travel insurance.
Hikers must be reasonably fit, to be able to participate in the hikes.
Participants will be required to sign a waiver form.
Itinerary Changes:
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
