It is a meditation session, to open your mind, take a step back, see more clearly, be closer to yourself, listen and find your best ideas, detach yourself from your emotions and stress to make better decisions, and be more efficient.
Nothing is required except yourself. Come as you are.
If you are already meditating, you can come, if you haven't already meditated you can come, you will learn and discover, and if you're sceptical about meditation and what it can do for you, you can come too.
