About Event

Discover deep relaxation through. Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," helps release stress, tension, and anxiety, and awaken a renewed sense of energy and vitality.

Session Flow:

Vrinda will provide an overview of Yoga Nidra and its benefits. Learn the principles and techniques of Yoga Nidra, and how they can be applied in their daily lives to manage stress and improve productivity. You will be guided through and learn how to access a state of deep relaxation, where the body and mind can feel restored. The session will include gentle body awareness exercises to help participants become more attuned to sensations in their bodies, cultivate mindfulness, and develop a deeper mind-body connection. You will be guided through visualization exercises to tap into their subconscious mind and activate their creativity and intuition.

The session will incorporate positive affirmations to help participants shift their mindset, cultivate self-compassion, and boost their self-esteem.

About the Expert:
Holding 5 years of experience in the corporate world, Vrinda has experienced anxiety and fatigue firsthand, leading to eventual burnout. Her mission is to help busy people stop feeling overwhelmed and restore balance in their minds + bodies. Having conducted workshops for organizations like Infosys, Condeco, Collins, Care Health Insurance, DKSH, and Deloitte her goal always remains to curate tailor-made sessions based on the needs and resources available at the organization.

She believes that stress cannot be eliminated totally, but by bringing changes in lifestyle, it can be managed well because, over a period of time, “Yoga as a way of life" becomes part of one's subconscious mind.
