  Jean Luc Vanhulst is a working AI developer known for building one of the first agentic AIs in investment management, Vic. Jean-Luc leads investments in AI startups as an operating partner at Valor VC. He also serves on the board of several fast growing AI startups, including SaileAI, Autonoma, and FirmPilot.
  
  Before Valor, Jean Luc was a successful founder and CEO of a software development company, where he raised capital and sold to private equity. He started developing in high school and founded his first software development shop right out of high school.
