​As AI systems become embedded in our daily tools, workflows, and inner lives, we’re faced with urgent new questions: What are the risks of more intelligent systems gaming our attention for profit? Can delegation sharpen attention—or dull it? What design choices actually deepen focus rather than fragment it?

​We’re gathering a small group of curious researchers, builders, meditators, and thinkers to explore how attention evolves in this new paradigm—individually and collectively. If you’ve been reflecting deeply on how AI has altered your thinking, working, or being, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of rigorous conversation, insight mapping, and experimental imagination.
