The Workflow Riddle

​The Workflow Riddle is a fast-paced, challenge-based workshop where students team up to solve real-world productivity problems using Notion. Each group of 3–5 participants will receive a surprise scenario — a unique use-case presented through a sealed envelope or digital card. These cases represent chaotic, relatable student situations like managing endless class updates, juggling placement prep, or balancing academic and personal projects. With limited time, teams must design a smart and functional Notion system that transforms the chaos into clarity. Using databases, dashboards, and creative structure, they’ll prototype solutions that bring order to the madness. The session includes a build sprint, mentorship checkpoints, and a Lightning Round Demo where teams showcase their creations. Awards like Most Clever Setup, Best Design, Most Practical, and Wildcard Brilliance will spotlight innovation and impact — making this workshop a hands-on exploration of Notion’s collaborative and creative potential.
