She has more than 10 years of experience in career strategy consulting and coaching for job seekers in all industries and at all levels. She has consulted with companies on talent development, and has led career services at two universities and at Springboard, an ed tech company. Prior to her work in career strategy, Janet was an environmental consultant to oil companies on oil spill response management. She lives in Seattle, Washington and is raising two little boys to be passionate environmentalists.
