Tech Future Taskforce working group - Progression and Retention - Second meeting

​In this working group meeting we will be focusing on identifying blockers to retention or progression of tech employees from low socio-economic backgrounds.

​The desired outcome of the session will be to come away with a better understanding of where things are going wrong for folks from low class backgrounds in the workplace, and to create a list of hypotheses we can take forward to validate and inform solutions.
