Alan Hackett
Alan is a Senior Technical Recruiter and DEI Sourcer at Bench Accounting. At Bench, he recruits top talent for their Product & Technology teams to profoundly improve the lives of our customers.

He is passionate about growing teams, providing the best candidate experience, and partnering with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their recruitment needs. His agency and in-house experience has helped him grow his full-cycle recruiting and strategic sourcing skills in the tech space, with a special emphasis on workplace inclusivity grounded in Empathy, Respect, Diversity, and Opportunity.

Kehinde Fawumi
As Principal at Amazon, Kehinde leads globally dispersed, multifunctional tech teams, overseeing the launch and scaling of highly profitable, multi-million-dollar recruiting tech products that delight over 10 million global customers annually. With 15 years of professional experience, Kehinde's expertise spans the pivotal domains within digital organizations, including Technology, Product Development, and Business Strategy. He has work in multiple leadership roles in a wide range of industries including IT Services, Ecommerce, Media, FinTech, IoT, and Nonprofits. Previously, he served as a Managing Consultant at Netlight, assisting companies of all sizes in enhancing their bottom line and developing successful digital products.

Mahkameh Yaghmaie
Mahkameh is director of engineering at Clio, where she focuses on building and scaling the best in class SAAS product in legal tech. Before Clio, she spent 7 years at Shopify, where she grew in her career from Software Developer to Team Lead. Mahkameh's passion is in building meaningful products that solve real problems for end users. 

Nadia Hosseinzadeh
Nadia Hosseinzadeh is a seasoned professional with a background in project management and client success. With a dual degree in Political Science and Urban Planning from the University of Toronto, Nadia discovered her passion for managing projects while organizing events as a student leader. Starting as a Project Coordinator at Ericsson, she quickly excelled and later transitioned to marketing in the financial sector before returning to IT. Equipped with a PMP certification, Nadia thrived in IT project management, embracing complexity and innovation.

Her dedication to client satisfaction led her to customer success, where she excelled in understanding and exceeding expectations. Her dedication to mentorship and knowledge-sharing culminated in her role as an instructor at ILAC, where she empowered students with insights garnered from over a decade of industry experience. Now, as the visionary leader behind Appy.Yo, Nadia is dedicated to digital innovation and fostering enduring client relationships, leveraging technology to drive meaningful change.
