A Chevening Scholar, he holds a Master’s in Business Analytics and Management Sciences from the University of Southampton. He is a Senior Product Manager at Axmed and the founder of Career Wheel, which has empowered 400+ Black professionals across Africa, Europe, and North America to advance their careers.
To scale this impact, he is building Mande, a career management suite. Joel has also consulted for Amazon (through Correlation One) and recruited for unicorns like Wave and Zipline. He enjoys puns, travel, and acapella music.
Elikem is a Community Manager at Meaningful Business, a UK-based CSO that supports for-profit business leaders tackling global challenges aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In addition, he is a freelance researcher and policy analyst, specializing in market research, policy formulation, and strategic framework development to help businesses refine their products and services.
