About Event

A meeting where men can do their work.

Men’s work is just this: being mindful and relating intentionally with other people who identify as men, to allow ourselves to just be, together, in a deeper way. We sometimes call this deeper connection "dropping in".

Men’s work can help to expand emotional range and resilience, and your ability to express feelings - here in the group through creating a safe space, and out in the world, at your job and in your relationships.

This circle is for both men who have experienced men's work and for men who are curious about men's work.

Anyone who identifies as male can join.

How it will work

We'll meet from 6:30 PM sharp until 8:30PM. Please come sober, with your phone off, and ready to spend the whole time with the group.

Expect a series of conversations and guided experiences to connect you more deeply to yourself and to others.

Please Note: This is not therapy.

This is a mutual support group, hosted by peers.

About your Host, Daniel Stillman

I work as executive leadership coach and keynote speaker, for organizations of all shapes, sizes and industries. I have learned that at the heart of real change is a conversation - one with yourself, as well as conversations with others. I create space for leaders and their teams to have the conversations that matter.

I’ve been co-leading a men’s group since 2018, and have taught and facilitated men's work in person, online, and at multi-day retreats. Men’s work has been an important part of my ongoing personal development and has allowed me to expand my emotional range and resilience. It’s also expanded my range and the depth in my one-on-one coaching and team transformation work.

I also host The Conversation Factory podcast (a top 100 Management Podcast) and am the author of “Good Talk: How to Design Conversations that Matter” a handbook for changemakers and innovators.
