ReFi Local Nodes Cohort - First Call

​Welcome ReFi Local Noders!

This will be the first call of the ReFi Local Node cohort where we'll explore the proposed cohort program and frequency of the sessions, and gather all the information needed to support your unique vision of local regeneration better.

The proposed cohort program will consist of sessions on the following topics:

- aligning the purpose and goals of the Local Node
- revenue model and funding
- team formation & accountability
- designing your node
- Local Nodes canvas
- marketing and promotion
- attracting new members to the Local Node
- partnerships and sponsorships
- governance and decision making

We are very excited to start the cohort together with all the Local Noders, and looking forward on the first call.
