


Mental Health Hike: Breathe & Yap
Ready to get outside, connect with others, and nurture your mental well-being? Join our "Breathe & Yap" hike – a welcoming day of community, mindfulness, and open chat in nature.
This hike is perfect for beginners – all levels are welcome! We're focusing on enjoying the outdoors together and creating a supportive space.
We'll meet at Grand Central at 9:30 am to take the train to Garrison, arriving around 11:00 am.
Our time on the trail will be about 3 hours of hiking and fresh air. During the hike, we'll have friendly "yap" sessions, chatting about mental health topics with Chelsie Reid, our Hike Guide and Wellness Enthusiast. You'll also experience calming communal mindfulness, guided by Dí (@attentivewellness), a Certified Wellness Instructor, helping us to connect and ground.
We plan to be back in the city between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
Additional Notes:
Bring your own water and lunch. A light snack will be provided.
Metro North ticket not included in your registration. Purchase yours day of or via the app.

Chelsie Reid - Hike Guide, Athlete, & Wellness Enthusiast: Chelsie finds her peace and connection in moving outdoors. She's passionate about sharing how nature and community can support your well-being and is excited to guide you.
Dí (@attentivewellness) - Certified Wellness Instructor: Dí helps people release stress and find presence. She'll lead our mindfulness practice on the trail.
