Kevin McDonagh, Leads Product at Velocity. Velocity provides on-demand UX feedback on Figma prototypes, reducing early design validation cycles to seconds. Twenty years of first-hand experience battling for early feedback has resulted in Kevin's passion for bridging the feedback gap. Nothing beats talking to real people, but in the reality of limited access, Velocity user simulations help bridge the feedback gap. Initial evidence, to build confidence in your designs and test your assumptions, especially when direct user access is tough. Prior to Velocity, Kevin founded Storyboard, Custorian and Novoda, leading customer-centric digital products generating ~$9M annually for customers including News Corp, Soundcloud, Meetup, Glovo, Mubi, Channel 4 & Tesco.
Vanisha Patel, Product Manager @ LottieFiles
Vanisha is a Product Manager at LottieFiles, the leading platform for motion design and animation workflows used by 12M+ creatives across 280K+ global brands, including Google, CNN, and TikTok. She focuses on improving collaboration between design and development teams to help them create, test, and ship animations faster. LottieFiles offers an end-to-end ecosystem of tools and plugins that streamline the animation workflow—from creation to versioning and handoff. Previously in travel tech, Vanisha built automation-driven tools that simplified complex workflows across global operations. She’s excited to make motion design more accessible and enable teams to build animated experiences - together and effortlessly.
Amanda Jahn, Senior Manager, Product Design @ Hudl
Amanda Jahn is a Senior Manager of Product Design at Hudl, where she leads a team that creates intuitive, high-impact tools for analysts, coaches, and sporting directors. With over 20 years of experience in design, Amanda brings a user-centred approach to solving complex problems. She's passionate about inclusive design and mentoring emerging talent. She’s previously worked for Natwest, UBS, and Yahoo!
Paula Falco, Founder, CEO @ FalcoUX Consulting
Paula Falco is a design and strategy executive with over 20 years of international experience leading digital transformation across sectors including technology, public services, and finance. She specialises in service design, user experience, and business innovation, helping organisations align human needs with strategic growth. Paula has held senior roles at Salesforce, Oracle, and Wood Mackenzie, and currently leads Falco UX Consulting while lecturing at Goldsmiths, University of London. A neurodivergent leader and NED at Rahab’s Daughters, she is a passionate advocate for inclusive design and ethical innovation. Paula brings a unique blend of creativity, systems thinking, and executive insight to every challenge.
Lehar Gupta, Head of Product @ Stealth AI Startup
Lehar Gupta is an AI product leader with deep expertise in building intelligent, user-centric systems. A recipient of the UK’s Exceptional Global Talent Visa, she leads a cross-functional team building agentic AI applications that turn complex data into clear insights. At Thomson Reuters, she designed AI tools that saved legal teams over $20M annually by cutting manual review time by 75%. At Altium, her AI-powered search is used by 12M+ engineers globally. Lehar has worked with industry leaders such as Pfizer, SONY, NHS, Gov.UK, and the University of Cambridge.
