About Event

A 45 minute pointe class suitable for intermediate dancers. This class is mostly on the barre doing strengthening feet and ankle exercises. We work on articulation and strength of the lower leg. It is perfect if you want to improve your strength on pointe. You will see a noticeable difference in your control when taken into the centre later in the class. A challneging and rewarding class.
