Ceremonial Cacao by Full Power Cacao let us share with you the love of CACAO. Breathwork and Mantras lead by Sabina Medina
Liberating Dance: Move your body freely and express yourself through spontaneous, uninhibited dance. No choreography, no judgment—just pure, ecstatic movement.
Soulful Beats: Our talented Pneuma will guide us on a journey through uplifting, soulful beats that will elevate your spirit and keep you dancing all night long.
Community Connection: Connect with like-minded souls in a safe, welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to be their authentic self.
Ending Ritual: We’ll close the night with a grounding sound bath ritual to integrate everything together.
About Pneuma
What started out with a humble pair of turntables and mixer at the tender age of 15, playing anything from Tupac to Prodigy, has evolved, expanded and rebirthed in the world of ecstatic. Creating space for a seemingly limitless experimentation; teasing, testing, playing with energy and emotion from incredible music of the world. Curated to compliment the energy of each moment; sensual, playful, powerful, excited, childlike and so on... Where the complex depth and diversity of sound meets ecstatic movement, uniting us all in the freedom of dance and expression.

Do I need to know how to dance?
Absolutely NOT! This is a space to express yourself freely.
I've never done something like this, is this weird?
Come with an open mind and a desire to play!
The main goal is to BE YOURSELF !
Are there any rules?
As any ecstatic dance journey, we will dance barefoot.
It is also an alcohol- and drug-free event!
And of course, consent is fundamental if you want to engage with anyone else.
Should I eat before coming?
We recommend eating a light meal that won't affect your capacity to move. If you bring any snacks, please remember we are a vegan space.
How should I dress?
Comfortable clothes for you to move and dance.
You might want to bring clothes to change afterward, if you like.

Danza liberadora: Mueve tu cuerpo libremente y exprésate a través de una danza espontánea y desinhibida. Sin coreografías, sin juicios, sólo movimiento puro y extático.
Ritmos Soulful: Nuestro talentoso Pneuma nos guiará en un viaje a través de ritmos edificantes y conmovedores que elevarán tu espíritu y te mantendrán bailando toda la noche.
Conexión con la comunidad: Conéctate con almas afines en un espacio seguro y acogedor donde se anima a todos a ser auténticos.
Ritual final: Cerraremos la noche con un ritual de baño de sonido para integrarlo todo.

Lo que empezó con un humilde par de platos y un mezclador a la tierna edad de 15 años, pinchando cualquier cosa desde Tupac a Prodigy, ha evolucionado, expandido y renacido en el mundo del éxtasis. Creando un espacio para una experimentación aparentemente ilimitada; provocando, probando, jugando con la energía y la emoción de la increíble música del mundo. Seleccionada para complementar la energía de cada momento: sensual, juguetona, poderosa, excitada, infantil, etc... Donde la compleja profundidad y diversidad del sonido se encuentra con el movimiento extático, uniéndonos a todos en la libertad de la danza y la expresión.
